Item must be unopened, unused, and in original sealed packaging.
Return must be initiated within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Customers must contact support@purevine.shop for authorization prior to returning any product.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
You must provide tracking information.
The item must be received and inspected by PureVine before any refund is processed.
If approved, a refund (minus original shipping cost) will be processed to the original payment method.
Opened, damaged, or used items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstance.
